Jerry Leroy Searls

Jerry Leroy Searls, 57, of Syracuse, IN (formerly of Coco, FL) passed away at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 19, 2019 at his brother's home. He was born on January 21, 1962 in Goshen, IN to Jack Leroy & Kay Frances (Stouder) Searls.

He grew up in Cromwell area, attended West Noble High School, and lived in Florida for many years before moving to Angola / Syracuse to be near family in 2019. He worked for various landscaping companies for most of his life.

He is survived by:

Mother – Kay Kemper of Angola

Father – Jack Searls of Warsaw

Sister - Jackie (Forrest) Searls of Shipshewana

3 Brothers – Rick (Jan) Searls of Syracuse, Fred (Sheila) Searls of Plymouth, and Anthony (Krista) Searls of Coldwater, MI

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. No services are planned. Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN is in charge of arrangements.
