John A. "Tony" Bajic

John Anthony “Tony” Bajic, 79, of Pierceton, IN passed away at 3:05 p.m. on September 29, 2020 at his residence.  He was born on April 20, 1941 in Chicago, IL to John Joseph and Elizabeth (Brown) Bajic.

He graduated from Tilden Technical High School in Chicago and served in the United States Army.  He was married on April 6, 1968 in Chicago, IL to Patricia A. Kocolowski who survives.  He formerly worked for the city of Chicago, retiring after 40+ years.  He lived most of his life in Chicago and had a second home in the Pierceton / Warsaw, IN area for 30+ years. He moved to the Pierceton area full-time 4 years ago.

He was a member of the American Legion, the Military Order of the Cootie, and a lifetime member of the VFW.

He is survived by:

Wife – Patricia “Pat” Bajic of Pierceton

4 Sons – Michael Bajic of Crest Hill, IL, Brian (Amy) Bajic of Frankfurt, IL, Jason Bajic of Alsip, IL, and David Bajic of Waterloo, IN

7 Grandchildren and 1 great-grandson

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother – Daniel “Frank” Bajic, and 2 sisters – Mary Seward & Barbara Rafinski

No services are to be held at this time.  Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN 46582 is in charge of arrangements.
