Jonathan Robert Horne, 51, passed away Monday, May 26, 2014 at 5 PM in his parent’s Winona Lake, Indiana home.
Jonathan was born April 24, 1963 in Los Angeles, California to Robert M. and Betty Joy (Rankin) Horne. He was a 1981 graduate of Lakeland Christian Academy, Winona Lake.
He was an air conditioning technician for Precision Air in Florida. Jonathan was also a hazmat technician.
A Raleigh, North Carolina resident, Jonathan loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Deeply saddened by his death are his parents, Robert and Betty Horne; brother and sister-in-law: Mark and Wendy Horne, niece: Megan Horne and nephew: Adam Horne – all of Lake Worth, Florida; 2 uncles and aunts Gerald and Theresia Rankin of Colorado Springs, Colorado and David and Saundra Rankin of La Vergne, Tennessee; as well as 8 cousins. His grandparents preceded him in death.
Respecting Jonathan’s wishes there will be no visitation or service. Burial will take place at a later date.
