Jose Fernando Amador, age 20, of Lafayette, IN and previously of Warsaw passed away after a vehicle accident on February 15, 2024, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on August 28, 2003, to his mother Fernanda Olvera De Hernandez. He is leaving behind a legacy of warmth and kindness. Jose was a graduate of Warsaw Community High School, class of 2022, with aspirations of attending college. 

Known for his ever-present smile and gentle demeanor, Jose touched the lives of many. His passion for video games and sports, particularly soccer and basketball, brought him joy and love with those around him.

Jose's family meant everything to him. Those who survive with broken hearts include his mother, Fernada Olvera De Hernandez; step-father, Juan Carlos Hernandez; brother, Armando Arizmendi; sister, Juli Olvera; grandfather, J. Emiliano Olvera-Beltran; aunt, Mireya Olvera; uncle, Armando Olvera; and cousin, Oscar Olvera. Their memories together will forever hold a special place in their hearts. Jose was preceded in death by his loving grandmother, Carmen Velazquez Chaves. 

A visitation and rosary in honor of Jose will be held on February 22nd from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Titus Funeral Home of Warsaw, 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw, IN. His life will be celebrated with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on February 23rd at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 225 Gilliam Drive, Warsaw, IN and celebrated by Father Wilson Corzo. Burial will immediately follow at Oakwood Cemetery. 

Memorial donations may be directed to Titus Funeral Home, 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 to go towards funeral expenses.



Jose Fernando Amador, de 20 años, de Lafayette, IN y anteriormente residente de Warsaw, falleció después de un accidente de vehículo el 15 de febrero del 2024 en el Hospital Ascension St. Vincent en Indianápolis. Nació el 28 de agosto del 2003, de su Mama Fernanda Olvera De Hernández. Jose, deja un legado de un joven amable y alegre. Jose se graduó de Warsaw Community High School, en a Clase de 2022, una de sus aspiraciones era la de ingresar al Colegio.

Conocido por su sonrisa siempre presente y su trato gentil, Jose tocó las vidas de muchos. Tenía pasión por los videojuegos y los deportes, especialmente el fútbol y el baloncesto, que le brindaban alegría y cariño de quienes lo rodeaban.

La familia de Jose significaba mucho para él. Entre los que le sobreviven con el corazón roto se encuentra su mama Fernada Olvera De Hernández, padrastro Juan Carlos Hernández, hermano Armando Arizmendi, hermana Juli Olvera, abuelo J. Emiliano Olvera-Beltrán, tía Mireya Olvera, tío Armando Olvera y primo Óscar Olvera. El recuerdo de Jose ocupará siempre un lugar especial en sus corazones. Jose es precedido en muerte por su amada abuela Carmen Velázquez Chávez

La visita y el rosario en honor a Jose se llevarán a cabo el 22 de febrero de las 3:00 PM hasta las 8:00 PM en la Funeraria Titus de Warsaw, 2000 Sheridan Street, Warsaw, IN. Su vida será celebrada con una Misa de Entierro Cristiano a las 11:00 AM el 23 de febrero en la Iglesia Católica de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, 225 Gilliam Drive, Warsaw, IN, y será celebrada por el Padre Wilson Corzo. El entierro seguirá inmediatamente en el Cementerio Oakwood.
