Joyce A. Rekucki, 80, of Milford, IN passed away at 6:40 p.m. on Friday, November 12, 2010 in the Courtyard Health Care Center in Goshen, IN. She was born on October 31, 1930 in Saginaw, MI to Alfred Alfonse & Clara (Brown) Vervoort.
She lived most of her life in Michigan as a homemaker, and moved to Milford in October of 2008 after suffering a stroke. She graduated from Saginaw High School and was married on May 14, 1954 in Saginaw, MI to Eugene Rekucki who preceded her on January 9, 1992. She was a member of the St. Martin De Porres Catholic Church in Syracuse. She formerly attended the St. Daniel’s Catholic Church in Clarkston, MI & Holy Family Catholic Church in Saginaw.
She is survived by:
5 Daughters – Mrs. Bruce (Kathy) Weisensel of Flagstaff, AZ; Mrs. Leland (Mary) Dush of Milford; Mrs. Michael (Nancy) Bontumasi of Clarkston, MI; Mrs. Greg (Susan) Vigesaa of Mansfield, OH & Mrs. David (Julie) Agnew of Clarkston, MI

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister – Betty Burnell & brother – Alfred Vervoort
Visitation will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 & 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 26, 2010 at Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. Saginaw, MI. Funeral mass will be at 10:00 a.m.

in the Holy Family Catholic Church, 1525 S. Washington St., Saginaw, Mi. Burial will follow at the St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery in Saginaw.
