Joyce Kay Stockman

Joyce Kay Stockman, 86, of Warsaw, IN passed away at 5:56 p.m. on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw. She was born on July 30, 1931 in Warsaw, IN to Vern Miller & Tressie Mae Roxie (Bloom) Landis.
She was a lifetime Warsaw area resident, graduated in 1949 from Warsaw High School, and attended Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH. She retired from First National Bank in Warsaw after 22 years. Formerly worked as a teacher at Presby Preschool, Kline’s Department Store, and Kitchen Boutique all in Warsaw.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Warsaw.
She is survived by:
Daughter – Roxanne (Terry) Bannon of Warsaw
2 Sons – Gary Stockman of Warsaw & John (Sue) Stockman of South Bend
7 Grand & 5 Great Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother – Keaton Landis.
Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 Noon on Monday, January 22, 2018 @ First United Methodist Church in Warsaw, IN. Memorial services will follow at 12:00 Noon on Monday in the church. Burial will take place in the Oakwood Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Riley Hospital for Children.
