Judy Buehle (Kretchmer)

Judy Arlene Buehle, age 79 at the time of her passing, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 25, 2017. Having spent much of her lifetime in Warsaw, she had been a resident of Miller’s Merry Manor’s Assisted Living for the last several years.
Judy was born on February 11, 1938 to parents, Kern and Romana (Fifer) Kretchmer. She was born in South Bend and would graduate from Atwood High School in 1956. On May 7, 1960 she was married to Carl F. Buehle in Atwood; he preceded her in passing on September 28, 1984.
Judy was a faithful member of Trinity United Methodist Church where she skillfully played the organ for many years. She enjoyed children and cared for the children of several local families, retiring in 2013. A small list of those whose lives she touched include the children of Michael and Jasmine Schlitt: Gabriella, Michael, Nicholas, Athena and Sophia in addition to the children of Sandy and Matt Rader: Ashley and Chris.
Her family, many members of which preceded her in passing, included her husband, Carl; her son, Michael Buehle; two brothers: James Kretchmer and Jay Kretchmer; a sister, Jane Ann Willis and her parents.
Judy’s life will be celebrated in a funeral service to held at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 East Sheridan Street, Warsaw, on Tuesday, January 9th at 3 p.m. The service will be officiated by Pastor Ernie Troxell. In accordance with her wishes there will be no viewing. Burial will take place in Warsaw’s Oakwood Cemetery.
