Judy K. Metzger

Judy K. Metzger, 73, of Pierceton, IN passed away at 8:40 a.m. on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at her home. She was born on October 27, 1945 in Pierceton, IN to Keith & Stella (English) Phillips.

She was a lifetime Pierceton area resident and attended Pierceton High School. She was married on December 20, 1970 in Illinois to Larry G. Metzger who survives. She was a homemaker and formerly worked at McDonald’s in Warsaw, Korth Furniture in Warsaw, AVI Food Service in Warsaw, and Word, Inc. in Winona Lake.

She formerly attended the Presbyterian Church in Pierceton.

She is survived by:

Husband – Larry Metzger of Pierceton

3 Daughters – Billie (Doug) Hook of Fort Wayne, Becky (Jeff) Sutton of Larwill, and Bambi (Sean) Thomas of Columbia City

Son – Brian (Libby) Metzger of Claypool

8 Grand & 4 Gt. Grandchildren

Sister – Jean (Keenis) Fugate of Pierceton

Brother – Jack (Kate) Phillips of Pierceton

She was preceded in death by her parents, and 2 grandchildren – Torie & Brody Metzger.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. No public services will be held. Private family burial will take place in the Lakeview Cemetery in Larwill.
