Karen Ann Leigh

Karen Ann Leigh, 55, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at her home. She was born on July 3, 1959 in Webster, MA to Francis Robert & Jane (Gevry) Leigh.

She attended Tantasqua High School in Sturbridge, MA, Kaplin University and moved to the Syracuse area in 1993 from Massachusetts. She formerly worked at Pizza King, Family Dollar, and Freedom Express all in North Webster.

She grew up in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Massachusetts & formerly attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Warsaw.

She is survived by:
Daughter - Kristina (Dan) White of North Webster
2 Grandchildren – Madison Espinoza & Noxx White
Mother – Jane Leigh of Leesburg
2 Sisters – Roxane Leaming of Leesburg & Roberta (Adam) Kline of North Webster
2 Brothers – Keith Leigh of Leesburg & Kevin (Debra) Leigh of Atwood

She was preceded by her father.

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 3, 2014 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & C.R. 500N, North Webster, IN. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 4, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery.

Memorial bequest may be given to Karen Leigh Funeral Fund, c/o Owen Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 72, North Webster, IN 46555. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
