Kari R. Edwards

Kari R. Edwards, 52, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at the home of her mother & stepfather in Syracuse.  She was born on January 13, 1960 in Denver, CO to Thomas L. and Beverly K. (Alexander) Koble.

She graduated in 1978 from Wheat Ridge High School in Wheat Ridge, Colorado and was married on October 28, 1978 in Denver to James H. “Jim” Edwards who survives. She moved to Syracuse in 1984 from Denver and was employed at Crossroads Bank for 13 years. She was a member of the Crossroads Community Church in Goshen, IN.

She is survived by:
Husband – Jim Edwards of Syracuse
Daughter – Mrs. Zach (Kristine) Marshall of Milford
Son – Brent (wife, Cathryn) Edwards of Syracuse
Grandson – Ethan Grant Edwards
Mother & Step Father – Beverly & Barry Lintz of Syracuse
3 Brothers – Todd (wife, Deanna) Koble of Syracuse, Brooks (wife, Mary) Koble of Gilford, IN & Matt (wife, Dina) Koble of Nappanee
Step Brother – T.J. (wife, Christine) Lintz of Boston, MA

She was preceded in death by her father - Thomas L. Koble.

Visitation will be from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 23, 2012 at Crossroads Community Church, 57415 Alpha Dr. Goshen, IN 46528. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, September 24, 2012 in the church with Pastor Marc Royer officiating. Burial will follow in the Syracuse Cemetery.

Memorial bequest may be given to Crossroads Community Church, 57415 Alpha Dr. Goshen, IN 46528. Envelopes will be available at the church.
