Karis Faith Lantz, of South Bend, IN, was stillborn at 11:53 a.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. She is the infant daughter of Kory M. & Alison M. (Gingrich) Lantz.

She is survived by:

Sister – Avery Lantz
Maternal Grandparents – Harlan & Karen Gingrich of Davison, MI
Paternal Grandparents – Mark & Cindi Lantz of Milford
Paternal Gt. Grandparents – Marion “Bud” & Shirley Lantz of Goshen

Private family graveside services will take place on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at the Friends Cemetery in Wabash with Pastor Terry Bley of the Nappanee Missionary Church officiating.

Memorial bequest may be given to Donor’s choice.
