Kathryn L. Wasson

Kathryn Louise Wasson, lifelong resident of Kosciusko County, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 9, 2024, at Warsaw Meadows at the age of 92. She was born on February 8, 1932, in Ohio, to her loving parents.

During her free time, Kathryn enjoyed many different hobbies and interests. She had a deep passion for travel and cherished the opportunity to explore new places. In addition to this, she found solace in crocheting and listening to old country music. However, above all else, Kathryn held a special place in her heart for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. They were the true center of her world.

Kathryn was a true survivor of just plain life. She was a force to be reckoned with and a “rolling stone that gathered no moss.” She was truly loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Her memory lives on through those dear to her heart. Surviving are her three children: Matthew Lee Pamer (Christine) of Decatur; Rose Pamer Mishler of Milford; and Myron Mark Pamer (Kathy) of Syracuse; grandchildren: Jeremy Pamer (Elizabeth) of Blufton; Jacquelynn Mishler (Kory Workman) of Milford; Lukas Pamer of New York; and Lacey Pamer of Washington DC; and great grandchildren, Jeremy Jr., Mazikean, Lilly, and Jeff. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billie Wasson.
