Katina Renee Salyer, of North Webster and formerly of rural Claypool, passed away in her residence on July 8, 2024. She was born to Gerald and Susan Hamilton on June 3, 1972. She later went on to marry David Salyer.
She worked as a machine operator at LSC Donnelley for an impressive 25 years. Katina was admired for her strength of character and intelligence, with a creativity that shone through her work and interactions.
Katina's proudest accomplishments in life revolved around her family and grandchildren. She cherished the time spent with her loved ones and leaves behind a legacy of love and care that will be remembered fondly. In her free time, Katina found joy in crafting and gardening.
She is survived by her husband David Salyer of North Webster; children, Eric Salyer, Alexander Salyer and Brianna (Logan) Elliott all of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Wyatt, Shealynn, Ryker, Autumn and one surprise on the way. Additionally she is survived by her mother Susan Johnson and siblings, April (John) Stevens, Jason Hamilton, Josh (Sarah) Hamilton and Ashlee (Robert) White. She is preceded in death by her father Gerald Hamilton.
Titus Funeral Home, 2000 Sheridan Street is entrusted to care for the family and Katina. A Life Celebration visitation will be at Titus Funeral Home on July 10, 2024 from 3 pm to 7pm. A private graveside service will be held on July 11, 2024 at Mock Cemetery in North Webster.
