Kenneth Lee Sliter, age 72 of Warsaw and previously a longtime resident of Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2020 in Warsaw Meadows Care Center. The son of the late Paul Sliter, Kenneth was born in Conway, Arkansas on November 14, 1947.
Kenneth was easy to get along with and made friends easily. He had worked for many years in the mill near his Arkansas home and was always hunting for a bargain. He enjoyed Westerns and liked to keep busy. Often, he could be found enjoying his surroundings on a walk.
Those who survive with memories to cherish include daughters: Bonnie (Andy Baker) Jones of Tippecanoe and Stephanie Cox of Arkansas; son, Frankie Sliter of Arkansas; brothers: Harvey (Julie) Sliter of Plymouth and Jim (Pat) Sliter of Arkansas and sisters: Marie Ashby of Culver and Veda Moon of Arkansas. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in passing by his parents and by several siblings.
Arrangements for Kenneth have been entrusted to Titus Funeral Home of 2000 East Sheridan Street in Warsaw. A memorial service is being planned at Titus in the coming weeks with a complete obituary to be posted nearer that time.
