Kenneth R. “Kenny” Kerlin, 89, of Silver Lake, IN passed away at 8:15 a.m. on Sunday, September 24, 2017. He was born on June 8, 1928 in Rochester, In to Russell & Pearl (Hill) Kerlin.
He was a lifetime Silver Lake area resident and graduated from Silver Lake High School. He was married on November 2, 1947 to Barbara “Barb” Baker who preceded him in 1972. He was the former co/ owner of Kerlin Tractor Sales, Kerlin Motor Company, and Kerlin Bus Sales of Silver Lake for many years.

3 Grandchildren – Russell (Ashley) Kerlin of Syracuse, Kendall Kerlin of Silver Lake, and Alexandra Kerlin of Tipton, IN
2 Step Grandchildren – Austin (Samantha) Johnson of Knoxville, TN & Adam (Lacey) Johnson of Cicero, IN
3 Gt. Grandchildren – Riley Kerlin, Harper Kerlin Pollard, and Savannah Johnson
Brother – Ted (Norma) Kerlin of Silver Lake, IN
Daughter in law - Mary Kerlin of Warsaw
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, son – Russell L. Kerlin, and 2 brothers – Dean & Ed Kerlin.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. There will be no services.
Preferred memorials may be given to Kosciusko Home Care & Hospice, Inc., P.O. Box 1196, Warsaw, IN 46581.
