Larry G. Harris, 68, of Cromwell, IN (formerly of North Webster, IN) passed away at 6:40 a.m. on Monday, November 28, 2011 at his home. He was born on September 5, 1943 in Marion, IN to Charles I. & Mary M. (Wagoner) Harris.
He moved to North Webster in 1957 from Marion. He graduated in 1961 from North Webster High School and attended a vocational college. He retired from Paulus Plastics in North Webster after 7 years and was formerly employed as a Plastics Engineer at Heaters in North Webster and Union Products in Cromwell for many years.
He was a member of the Indiana Bow Hunting Association, was an original member of the Webster Ski Bees and formerly attended the Vineyard Community Church in Syracuse.
He is survived by:
Daughter – Mrs. Marlin (Londa) Meredith of Cicero, IN
2 Sons – Gary Harris of North Webster & Charlie Harris of Syracuse
11 Grand & 3 Gt. Grandchildren
Mother – Mary Cantillion of North Webster
He was preceded in death by his father and brother – Ronald Harris.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N in North Webster with Pastor Kent Butcher of the Vineyard Community Church officiating. Burial will take place in the North Webster Cemetery (Mock Addition) at a later date.
