Larry Ray Templeton, 55, of Warsaw, IN (formerly of North Webster) passed away at 2:10 a.m. on Sunday, August 25, 2013 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in Warsaw. He was born on December 22, 1957 in Fort Wayne, IN to Esco Willis & Kay Frances (Parr) Templeton.
He graduated in 1976 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse, IN and was a United States Army Veteran. He grew up in North Webster area, lived in Florida for 20 years & Muncie, IN for 6 years before returning to the Warsaw area 3 years ago. He was employed at Shiloh Industries (formerly Contech Castings) in Pierceton for the past 3 years. He formerly worked at Merchant Metals in New Paris, Bic Corporation in Florida & Breyers Ice Cream in Florida.
He was a member of the Warsaw Bowling Association & Professional Bowling Association (PBA). He was an avid Nascar fan & enjoyed riding his motorcycle.

2 Daughters– Hailey (fiancé, Aaron Marshall) Templeton of Warsaw & Corrine Posciask-Templeton of Davenport, FL
Son – Sterling Templeton of Auburn, IN
2 Grandchildren
Brother – Kevin Templeton of Dunedin, FL
Former wife – Debbie Pearson of Nappanee
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother – William “Bill” Templeton.
Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 & 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday in the funeral home with Pastor David Smitley of the North Webster United Methodist Church officiating. Private family burial will take place at the Mock Addition to the North Webster Cemetery.
Memorial bequest may be given to Warsaw Bowling Association, 1702 E Market St, Warsaw, IN 46580. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
