Leslie K. “Kay” Neff, 75, of New Paris, IN passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at her home. She was born on September 15, 1940 in Goshen, IN to Glenn Castle & Mary Alice “Mickey” (Coy) Eisenhour.
She was a lifetime area resident, attended grade school in North Webster & New Paris and graduated in 1958 from New Paris High School. On April 23, 1982 in New Paris she married Robert L. “Bob” Neff who survives. She retired in 1992 from Burger Dairy in New Paris as a receptionist after 13 years and was former co-owner / operator of Parisian Industries in New Paris for several years. After retirement she worked part time for her brother as a greeter at Owen Family Funeral Home in Syracuse and was a Nature’s Sunshine Distributor for many years.
She was a member of the New Paris Church of the Brethren & Delta Theta Tau National Sorority where she served as treasurer of the Eta Mu Alpha Chapter in Goshen. She formerly attended Living Gospel Church in Nappanee & Church of God in Goshen. She was an election precinct worker in New Paris for the Republican Party for many years.

3 Grand – Johnathon (Amber) Blosser, Leslie (Braxton) Boone, and Philip Brown, 3 Step Grand, 2 Gt. Grand, & 4 Step Gt. Grandchildren
Half Sister- Carla Kelley of Jacksonville, FL
2 Half Brothers- Richard (Kym) Owen of North Webster, & Carl (Katrina) Leamons of Lewisburg, PA
2 Step Sisters- Trula (Steve) Mishler of New Paris & Deria (Gordon) Clark of Elkhart
She was preceded in death by her parents - Glenn Eisenhour & Mary Droke, son in law – Duane Blosser, and step mother – Eleanor Eisenhour.
Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 & 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 16, 2016 in the funeral home with Pastor Brad Cox officiating. Burial will follow in New Paris Cemetery.
