We celebrate the victorious life of Linda June Underhill-Miller who passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017. She was born on September 11, 1945, at Saint Mary's Hospital in Russellville, Arkansas to Oliver and Minnie Underhill.
She was a dynamic classical pianist and accomplished organist. In 1988, she was diagnosed with stage four ovarian cancer and was sent home to die under hospice care. She received her healing miracle and went on to live for 28 more years. With her second chance, she wrote several books about healing that have been distributed across the world. With Liberty Temple Ministries, she appeared on LeSEA Broadcasting Network television program sharing her testimony and held numerous meetings across the country.
She was preceded in going home by her loving parents, Oliver and Minnie Underhill, and Henry and Ethel Underhill; step-son, Tim Miller; and a grandson, Jake Williams.
She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Rev. John Miller of Russellville, Arkansas; a daughter and son-in-law, Melissia and Chris Williams of Russellville; a son and daughter-in-law, Chip and Lavina Miller of Phoenix, Arizona; daughter-in-law, Polly Miller of Warsaw, Indiana; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Tom and Bonnie Underhill of Russellville, and Jay and Betty Underhill of Russellville; step-daughter, Tammy and Tony Shaw of Jacksonville, North Carolina; nine grandchildren, Lin, John, Harrison, Mikayla, Luke, Meleana, Tyler, Sydni, and Lilly; three step-grandchildren, Kimberly, Tony Jr., and Kristen; and 13 great-grandchildren.
The graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 15, 2017, at Ball Hill Cemetery in Russellville with the Rev. Keith Underhill officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-6:00 p.m., on Thursday evening at Shinn Funeral Home, 800 W. Main Street, Russellville, Arkansas.
