Linda J. Papp

Linda J. Papp, 59, of Hobart & Pierceton, IN passed away at 9:18 a.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at her Ridinger Lake home. She was born on October 22, 1960 in Gary, IN to Robert & Lena (Sapino) Valentine.

She graduated in 1978 from Andean High School in Gary and was married on October 8, 1993 in Valparaiso, IN to David D. “Dave” Papp who survives. She was a co-owner / operator of 54 Main Bistro in Hobart and was a real estate agent for Listing Leaders in Valparaiso. She grew up in Gary and lived most of her life in the Hobart area and enjoyed spending time at her Ridinger Lake home.

She is survived by:

Husband – Dave Papp of Hobart

Son – Scot (Fiancé – Drea) Hinkel of Valparaiso

Grandson – Phoenix Hinkel

Mother – Lena Valentine of Hobart

Sister - Gail Pollak-Day of Ohio

Many loving cousins

She was preceded in death by her father.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. No services are planned per Linda’s wishes. Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN is in charge of arrangements.
