Linda L. Kaufman

Linda L. Kaufman, 80, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 10:20 a.m. on Monday, August 3, 2020 at her home. She was born on August 21, 1939 in Goshen, In to Leonard & Jesse (Brown) Cripe.

She was a lifetime Syracuse area resident & graduated in 1958 from Syracuse High School. She retired from Supreme Corporation in New Paris after 25 years and worked at various local restaurants.

She attended Wawasee Heights Baptist Church in Syracuse and formerly attended the Syracuse Church of the Brethren.

She is survived by:

Daughter – Lorie (Joe) Neeley of Jacksonville, FL

Son – Steve Kaufman of Syracuse

Granddaughter – Kim Neeley

Sister – Pat (Steve) Wright of North Webster

Brother – Bud Cripe of El Segundo, CA

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter - Pamela Kaufman, 5 sisters - Nancy Schrock, Marlene Snyder, Mary Kruger, Shirley Cripe, and Dorothy Cripe.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. No services will be held. Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN is in charge of all arrangements.

Preferred memorials may be given to the donor’s choice.
