Lois E. Harrison, 81, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at her home. She was born on April 28, 1938 in Peru, IN to Charles & Mary (Pontius) Fish.

She lived most of her life in the Marion area and was married on August 16, 1975 in Wabash County, IN to Steven James Harrison who preceded her on March 26, 1989. She was a homemaker and formerly worked at Good Time Charlies in Marion & Manns Kountry Kitchen in Silver Lake. She formerly lived in Claypool, Silver Lake, and Warsaw before moving to Syracuse 8 years ago.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary & life member of the Am Vets both in Marion.

She is survived by:

Daughter – Linda Morr of Syracuse

Son – Robert (Amy) Craig of Marion

3 Grand - Jeff Thompson, Kyle Thompson, and Lacy Evans & 8 Gt. Grandchildren

2 Brothers – Roger (Inez) Fish of N.C & Chuck (Darlene) Widner of MI

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son – Donnie Rice, 2 sisters – Rite Kent & Katie Zaragoza, and brother - Arthur Widner.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. No public services will be held. Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St. Syracuse, IN is in charge of arrangements.

Preferred memorials may be given to the Premier Hospice, 10315 Dawson Creek BL, Suite J, Fort Wayne, IN 46825 or American Cancer Society, 130 Red Coach Rd, Mishawaka, IN 46545.
