LouAnn Schrader

LouAnn Schrader, 63, of Syracuse died at 1:12 a.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne. She was born on April 16, 1946 in Goshen, IN to George & Mary (Geiger) Glass.

She attended John Adams High School in South Bend and was married on September 29, 1964 in Roseland, IN to Randolph L. (Randy) Schrader who survives.

She lived most of her life in the Syracuse area except for 10 years that she lived in Colorado. She formerly worked at The Laundry Basket in Syracuse for several years and Millennium Industries in Ligonier for 3 years.

She is survived by:
Husband - Randy Schrader of Syracuse
3 Daughters - Rebecca (Becca) Schrader of Syracuse; Mrs. Ron (Mary Ann) Fisher of Milford; & Elaine Winship of Cromwell.
1 Son - William (Bill) Schrader of Syracuse
1 Sister - Mrs. Clyde (Judy) Duell of Las Vegas, NV
1 Brother - Steve Glass of Las Vegas, NV

She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister - Karen Cooper.

Visitation will be from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, 2009 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Memorial services will follow at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, 2009 at the funeral home with Pastor Keith Huffman of the Dewart Lake Friends Church officiating. Private family burial will be at a later date.
