Lucy Biltz

Lucy Diane Biltz passed away on July 10^th, 2022, at Stillwater Hospice in Fort Wayne.  She was surrounded by people who loved her.  Lucy was born on May 4^th, 1962, in Columbia City, IN to Robert and Lucy (England) Biltz, the youngest of eight children. 

She was a 1980 graduate of Whitko High School and worked at Stonehenge Golf Club for many years. Lucy was the proud mother of two sons, Zachary and Christopher Biltz.  She was also blessed with two grandchildren, Madilynn and Logan Biltz, whom she truly loved.  In 2002, Lucy met the love of her life, Charlie D Jackson.  They spent many happy years together, until his passing in August 2021.  Lucy enjoyed the simple things in life, like cooking, growing her own vegetables, and grocery shopping.  She was an amazing cook and loved sharing the food she had made with family and friends.  Lucy was a kind, loving, and funny person.  She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her. 

Those who survive with memories to cherish include, sons Zachary (Laura) Biltz, and Christopher Biltz. Siblings John (Linda) Biltz, Robert (Cindy) Biltz, Shirley Hathaway, Timothy (Kelly) Biltz, and sister-in-law Kathleen Biltz, as well as several nieces and nephews, many of whom called her ‘Sis’.  She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Lucy (England) Biltz; two sisters Margaret Biltz, and Beth Masterson; and one brother James Biltz; and her significant other Charlie Jackson.
