Madeline Waliczek

Madeline M. Waliczek (nee Nowak), age 83, of North Webster, IN formerly of Hickory Hills, IL has passed away.

Beloved wife of the late LeRoy Anthony Waliczek. Loving mother of David (Tammy) Waliczek and Carolyn Desmet. Devoted daughter of the late Thaddeus and Ann (nee Cislak) Nowak. Proud grandmother of Lee (Asia) Waliczek, Zachary (Megan) Desmet, Patrick Desmet ,USMC Corporal Luc Desmet and Connor Desmet; Great-grandmother of Tanek and Henndryx. Dear sister of Rosemary (the late James) Geary and Janice (Harley) Schinker. Fond sister-in-law of Nora (the late Richard) Waliczek. Madeline is survived by one niece, many nephews and several wonderful friends. 

Madeline loved shopping, gardening, fashion and especially her Yorkie puppies. She loved her grandchildren and spoke to them every day! Madeline was a social person and loved talking to everyone. 

Local arrangements were cared for by Titus Funeral Home of North Webster.  Family and friends will be received at the Lack and Sons Funeral Home 9236 S. Roberts Road, Hickory Hills, IL on Thursday February 1, 2024 from 3:00p.m. until 8:00p.m. Funeral Friday 11:00a.m. from the funeral home to St. Patricia Catholic Church in Hickory Hills for a Funeral Mass at 11:30a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
