Makensie Marie Thomas

Makensie Marie Thomas, 17, of Syracuse, IN passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021 as the result of an automobile accident. She was born on July 21, 2004 in Warsaw, IN to Matthew B. & Brandy M. (Lambert) Thomas.

She was a lifetime area resident and senior at Wawasee High School in Syracuse. She formerly worked at the Dog House in Syracuse and was a former member of the Helping Hands 4-H Club in Syracuse.

She is survived by:

2 Brothers – Collin & Bryce Thomas of Syracuse

Maternal Grandparents – Larry & Ruth Lambert of North Webster

Paternal Grandmother – Sally Thomas of Fort Wayne, IN

Maternal Gt. Grandmother – Fay Holbrook of Vancouver, WA

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN. Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 17, 2021 in the funeral home with Pastor Charlie Trout of the Victory Rock Church officiating. Burial will follow in the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery.
