Margaret E. "Margie" Rockenbaugh

Margaret Elizabeth "Margie" Rockenbaugh, 65, of Warsaw, IN passed away at 5:31 p.m. on Sunday, June 14, 2020 at Goshen Hospital. She was born on June 16, 1954 in Goshen, IN to Arnold & Marjorie Maxine (Cory) Hall.

She was a lifetime Syracuse / Warsaw area resident and attended Syracuse public schools. She was married on December 26, 1970 in Syracuse, IN to Thomas Warren “Rocky” Rockenbaugh who preceded her on November 7, 1994. She was formerly employed at Heater’s Engineering in North Webster for 14 years and the Lighthouse Restaurant in North Webster as a waitress.

She is survived by:

2 Daughters – Christi (Shane) Staley of Warsaw & Sara (Garry) Church of Syracuse

4 Grandchildren – Lane, Dylan, Kennedy, and Rilley

4 Sisters - Bitsie Ann (Jim) Murphy of Fremont, Martha Ellen Atkins of Mishawaka, Mary Burns of Warsaw, IN, and Becky Jo (Fred) Hewitt of North Webster

2 Brothers – Harvey Monroe (Deb) Hall of North Webster & Arnold Vern “Pete” Hall of Warsaw

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister – Frances Jean Hamman, and 3 infant brothers & sisters.

Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Owen Family Funeral Homes, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2020 in the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Brown Cemetery in Millersburg, IN.
