She was a loving, patient mother and grandmother who enjoyed time spent on Oswego Lake with family. She always had chocolate chip oatmeal cookies prepared for grandchildren, resulting in them nicknaming her “cookie grandma.”

In addition to her husband, Herman, who preceded Marguerite in passing on May 17, 1989, she was preceded by a brother, Charles Balsbaugh and son-in-law, Larry Gill.

The family will receive friends in a time of sharing and visitation from 3 to 5 PM on Saturday, June 10th in Titus Funeral Home, 2000 East Sheridan Street, Warsaw. A funeral service which celebrates Marguerite’s life will take place on Sunday afternoon, beginning at 2 PM, in the Funeral Home with Pastor Layne Sumner of Fellowship Baptist Church, Warsaw, officiating. Burial will follow in Oswego Cemetery.
