Mary Kay Bess

Mary Kay Bess, 52, of Warsaw, IN (formerly of Milford, IN) passed away at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Paddock Springs Healthcare in Warsaw, IN. She was born on May 9, 1969 in Warsaw, IN to William N. “Bill” & Virginia L. (Coy) Bess.

She was a lifetime Milford / Warsaw area resident and graduated from Warsaw High School. She was formerly employed at Cardinal Center in Warsaw for several years.

She attended Cowboy Church in Warsaw and formerly attended Richville United Methodist Church in Ligonier. She enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics and spending time with her friends & family.

She is survived by:

Sister – Angie (Rob Mikowski) Ferrell of Warsaw

Brother – William “Bill” Bess of Wolcottville, IN

Step Father – Mike Wyland of Milford

Nieces & Nephews – Heidi (Grant) Mast, Eric Haines, and Bryce (Daria) Bess

Gt. Nieces & Nephews – Kiera, Kaylynn, Karlee, Jackson, Amarah, Lincoln, Talon, and Jackson

She was preceded in death by her parents - Virginia Wyland & Bill Bess.

Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 in the funeral home with Pastor’s Brad Geans & Carl Adams officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Milford.
