Mary Lee Willman

Mary Lee Willman, 84, of Leesburg, IN passed away at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Goshen Hospital. She was born on June 21, 1934 in Bunker Hill, IN to Samuel & Ruth (Spencer) Boyer.

She grew up in Marion, IN, graduated in 1952 from Marion High School, and attended college in Harrisburg, PA. She was married on April 4, 1953 in Marion, IN to Thomas A. “Tom” Willman who survives. She moved to Kosciusko County in 1967 from Greentown, IN and was formerly employed at the Kokomo Morning Times Women’s Editor in Kokomo, IN and The Papers in Milford, IN.

She was a member of the Church of God in North Webster and Association of Collegiate Women.

She is survived by:

Husband – Tom Willman of Leesburg

Daughter – Peg Willman of Rochester

Son – Sam Willman of Leesburg

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister – Shirley Smith.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN with Robert Curry officiating. Private family burial will take place at the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery.
