Syracuse

Max Brower, passed away peacefully on January 21, 2024, at Paddock Springs of Warsaw.. He was 75 years old. Max was born on June 15, 1948, to Guy Maxwell and Agnes (Pinkerton) Brower.

He was a 1966 graduate of Syracuse High School, continuing his academic journey at Purdue University. At Purdue, Max earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering; during his time there, he had the privilege of being a CO-OP student with NASA for the Saturn V Rocket Design team—an accomplishment that filled him with immense pride.

Max's passion for his work was evident throughout his life. He dedicated more than 31 years of service to Babcock & Wilcox, where he worked designing and building steam electrical power plants. Max took immense pride in his work and would always proudly state that he was a "Boilermaker". As only Max would say, his occupation was a "Boilermaker".

Max is survived by his loving brother, Michael Brower and two nephews, Frank Brower and Lewis (Mariah) Brower. He was preceded by his parents and sister-in-law, Becky Brower.
