Michael J. Poe

Michael J. Poe, age 39, of Warsaw, departed this life on January 12, 2025 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born on May 25, 1985 to Devon and Cindy Poe. He was a cherished son, brother, and friend whose love for nature and helping others defined his life.

Michael worked mostly in the construction industry. He also enjoyed woodworking and making things for people.

He was known for his deep appreciation for the outdoors. He found joy in spending time outside and enjoying nature's beauty, often accompanying his mother in the garden. Michael was a kindhearted individual, blessed with a big heart; he was always lending a hand and extending his support to anyone in need. His generosity was a reflection of his strong Christian faith.

Michael is survived by his loving parents, Cindy (Saikrishna) Poe and Devon Poe, as well as his brothers Gene and DeVon Poe, all of Warsaw. He will also be remembered by his grandmother, Sheila Poe. Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Norm and Georgia Krichbaum, and Gene Stahl.
