Michael W. "Mike" Stahly

Michael W. “Mike” Stahly, 54, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 4:58 a.m. on March 19, 2018 at his home. He was born on March 4, 1964 in Elkhart, IN to Max S. & Charlene (Hartz) Stahly.

He attended Central High School in Elkhart, moved to Syracuse in 1981 from Elkhart, and attended Wawasee High School in Syracuse. He was married on October 2, 1982 in Syracuse, IN to Linda D. Ball who survives. He was formerly employed Keystone RV in Goshen for 10 years and Dutchman Manufacturing in Goshen for 10 years.

He is survived by:

Wife – Linda Stahly of Syracuse

Daughter – Jade Knapp of Syracuse

3 Grandsons

Sister – Belinda (Butch) Bergelin of Denmark, WI

2 Half Sisters – Tammy Ware of Osceola & Linda (Terry) Van Seggren of Denmark, WI

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday in the funeral home with Pastor Myron Drent of Country Bible Church officiating. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd. 15, Warsaw, IN. Burial will be held at a later date in the Syracuse Cemetery.
