, 95, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 9:15 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at Millers Merry Manor in Syracuse. She was born on April 24, 1915 in Syracuse to Irvin & Ethel Mae (Davis) Wogoman.
She was a lifetime Syracuse area resident and graduated in 1933 from Syracuse High School. She was married in 1935 to Leonard P. Stump who preceded her in death in 1993. She was a homemaker and formerly worked as a clerk for the Dress Shop and Dime Store both in Syracuse. She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church in Syracuse.
She is survived by:
Daughter – Mrs. Sanford (Nancy) Mullet of Sarasota, FL
2 Grand & 4 Gt. Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter – Charlene Stump, sister – Mayme Mae Long, & half brother – Donald Davis.
Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 9, 2011 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN with Rev. David Herr of the church officiating. Private burial will take place in the Syracuse Cemetery.
Memorial bequest may be made to the Calvary United Methodist Church, 801 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN 46567. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
