Nancy Walker

Nancy A. Walker, 67, of Pierceton, IN passed away at 11:37 p.m on Sunday, June 3, 2012 at Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on July 31, 1944 in Muncie, IN to Betty M. Merritt.

She attended Central High School in Muncie and was married on April 21, 1962 in Muncie to David M. Walker Sr. who survives. She moved to the Pierceton area 42 years ago from Muncie and was formerly employed at Dalton Corporation in Warsaw & Syracuse Rubber Products in Syracuse.

She is survived by:
Husband – David Walker of Pierceton
Daughter – Mrs. Andy (Crystel) Hamilton of Pierceton
3 Sons – David (wife, Kelly) Walker Jr. of Warsaw; Thomas (wife, Christa) Walker of Bluffton; Timothy Walker of Pierceton
11 Grand 4 Gt. Grandchildren
Sister – Naomi Whitaker of Syracuse
Brother – John (wife, Sandra) Adams of Warsaw

She was preceded by her mother & step father – Betty & George Adams & granddaughter – Chelsea Walker.

Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 & 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 8, 2012 at the funeral home with Pastor Myron Drent of the Country Bible Church officiating. Burial will follow in the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery.
