Nancy A. Dunithan

April 22, 1960 — May 15, 2017

Nancy A. Dunithan, 57, of Syracuse, passed away at 8:35 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2017 at her residence. She was born on April 22, 1960 in Fort Wayne, IN to Stephen & Charlotte (Aiken) Glassley.

She grew up in Fort Wayne and moved to Syracuse in 1975. She graduated in 1978 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse and received an associate’s degree from I.PF.W. in Fort Wayne.  She was married on October 9, 1981 in Syracuse to Mark A. Dunithan who survives.  She worked as a medical assistant for Krabill Family Medicine in Goshen for 6 years and formerly worked for Dr. Bhagat in Goshen and Ameri-Camp in Syracuse.   She was an active member of the Syracuse Church of God.

She is survived by:

Husband – Mark Dunithan of Syracuse

2 Sons – Matt (Lindsey) Dunithan of Leesburg & Ryan Dunithan of Syracuse

Daughter – Jennifer Dunithan of Chicago

2 Grandchildren – Bodie & Daxton Dunithan

Father – Stephen Glassley of Fort Wayne

Mother – Charlotte Glassley of Syracuse

3 Sisters – Karen (Gus) Widmer of Milford, Linda White of Milford, & Amy (Mike) Casati of Carmel, IN

Brother – Samuel (Pam) Glassley of Grabill, IN

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse IN. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 19, 2017 at the funeral home with Pastors Stan Owen and Vince Wilczynski officiating. Burial will follow at the Syracuse Cemetery.

Memorial bequest may be given to Goshen Care Center for Cancer, PO Box 139, Goshen, IN 46527 or Riley Hospital for Children, 702 Barnhill Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46202.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
