Norma Jean Miller

Norma Jean Miller, 88, of Cromwell, IN passed away at 8:15 p.m. on Friday, January 12, 2018 at her home. She was born on December 22, 1929 in Goshen, IN to Ray & Ruby D. (Olinghouse) Price.

She was a lifetime Noble County area resident and graduated in 1948 from Ligonier High School. She was married on November 21, 1951 in Ligonier, IN to Kenton D. Miller who preceded her on September 24, 2009. She was a homemaker, formerly employed at West Noble High School cafeteria for 10 years and assisted her family on the family farms.

She was a member of the Cromwell United Methodist Church, and formerly attended the United Methodist & Nazarene Churches in Ligonier.

She is survived by:

Daughter - Kenda Miller of Cromwell

Son - Randy Miller of Cromwell

6 Grandchildren – Josh, Laura, Jeff, Min, Janelle, & Maria Miller

3 Gt. Grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son in law - David Miller, sister – Betty LeMieux, and 3 brothers – Ed, Robert, and Virgil Price.

Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 19, 2018 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Funeral services will be at 11;00 a.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at the Cromwell United Methodist Church, 116 W. Orange St, Cromwell, IN 46732 with Rev. Randy Miller & Marilyn Gebert officiating. Burial will follow in Sparta Cemetery.
