Patricia Shepler, 72, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2015, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw, Indiana.
Patricia was the daughter of Bud and Annabelle (Beyers) Hatfield. She was a 1961 Bourbon High School, Bourbon, Indiana.
On May 25, 1968 Patricia and Ronald G. Shepler were married in Fremont, Indiana. He would precede her in passing August 8, 2013.
She lived most of her life in Warsaw and along with her husband was co-owner of Shepler Septic.
Patricia loved her children, grandchildren and her granddog, Buddy. She enjoyed playing Bingo.
Those who survived are 2 sons and a daughter-in-law: Ty and Jodi Shepler, Warsaw and Bart Shepler of Jacksonville, Florida; 1 daughter and son-in-law: Brenda and Guy Ford of Plant City, Florida; 2 grandsons: Zachary Shepler and Joseph Chambers; 2 granddaughters: Jordan Shepler and Krista Shepler; a step granddaughter: Hannah Susaraba; 4 great grandchildren: Kameran, Karisma, Shawn and Shealeigh; 1 sister and brother-in-law: Barbara and Jim Troxel of Nappanee, Indiana.
In addition to her husband, those preceding her in death are a daughter: Becky Shepler (April 22, 2015); 3 brothers: Jim Hatfield, Bob Hatfield and Larry Hatfield.
A graveside service celebrating Patricia’s life will take place Friday, November 13th at 1:30 p.m. in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Pastor John B. Lowe, ll of New Life Christian Church and World Outreach, Warsaw, will officiate. The family has asked that memorial gifts in Patricia’s memory be directed to Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County, PO Box 1906, Warsaw, Indiana 46581-1906.
