Patricia L. "Pat" Staker

Patricia L. "Pat" Staker, 80, of North Webster, IN passed away at 4:47 a.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne. She was born on March 15, 1933 in Fort Wayne, IN to Harold Eugene & Rosetta Mae (Farrell) Groves.
She attended Elmhurst High School in Fort Wayne and moved to the North Webster area in 1973. She retired in August 2013 as a Pharmacy Technician at Wal-Mart in Warsaw after 10+ years of service. She formerly worked at GTI (Dytronics) in Leesburg for 20 years and Archway Cookie Co. in Fort Wayne for several years.
She was a member of the Church of God in North Webster.
She is survived by:
4 Daughters – Vickie Kaze of North Webster, Debbie VanCuren of Warsaw, Nancy Staker of Warsaw, & Cindy (Jeff) Fall of Syracuse
9 Grand & 14 Gt. Grandchildren
Sister – Judith Ann (Darwin) Wright of Fort Wayne
Brother – Kenneth Ray (Cathy) Groves of Fort Wayne
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister – Rosalie Boussum & brother – Jim Groves.
Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 & 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Boyer of the church officiating. Burial will follow at the Mock Addition of the North Webster Cemetery.
Memorial bequest may be given to the Church of God Youth Group, P.O. Box 313, North Webster, IN 46555. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
