Paul J. Arnett

Paul J. Arnett, 68, of Milford, IN joined his heavenly father at 1:02 a.m. on Monday, December 23, 2019 at Goshen Hospital after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. He was born on April 15, 1951 in Prestonsburg, KY to Corbin & Minerva (Hackworth) Arnett.

He graduated in 1969 from Warsaw Community High School and lived most of his life in the Claypool, Warsaw, & Milford areas. He was married on October 26, 1994 in Maui, Hawaii to Janet K. (Wall) Anderson who survives. He was employed at Warsaw Foundry as a Maintenance Supervisor for the past 17 years, formerly worked at Dalton Foundry in Warsaw for 23 years, and was the former owner / operator of Arnett’s Body Shop in Claypool.

He is survived by:

Daughter Amber (John) Petro of Warsaw

Step Son – Christopher (Megan) Anderson of Columbia City

Grandson – Brody (Kristen Shoemaker) Baldridge of Warsaw

Step Grandson – Brigham Anderson

Gt. Grandson – Preston Shoemaker Baldridge

Step Great Granddaughter - Brooklyn Shoemaker

7 Sisters – Nancy (Will) Bentley of Warsaw, Phyllis Sue Johnson of Warsaw, Joyce Hamman of Huntington, Debbie (Rick) Carter of Warsaw, Sandy (Ruben) Rose of Warsaw, Patty (Denward) Johnson of Weise, W.VA, and Kathy Kemberly of Bloomington, IN

5 Brothers – Clyde (Becky) Arnett of Warsaw, Carl Arnett of Pierceton, Greg (Donna) Arnett of Warsaw, Rick (Laura) Arnett of Warsaw, & Tim Arnett of Plymouth

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters – Cleo Nine & Mildred Arnett, and brother – Claude Arnett.

Visitation will be from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St, Syracuse, IN. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 30, 2019 at the Syracuse Cemetery with Pastor Rick Broulette officiating.
