Peggy A. Miller

Peggy A. Miller, 62, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 4:55 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Miller's Merry Manor in Syracuse, IN. She was born on May 27, 1956 in LaGrange, IN to Donald D. & Velda F. (Kline) Clay.

She graduated in 1975 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse and was a lifetime Goshen / Syracuse area resident except for 5 years in Dallas, TX. She was married on December 22, 1987 in Dallas, TX to Andrew M. “Andy” Miller who survives. She formerly worked at Millenium Industries in Ligonier, & Syracuse Rubber Company, Burger King, Casey Convenience Store, and Lances New Market all in Syracuse.

She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church, Eagles Lodge, and American Legion Auxiliary all in Syracuse.

She is survived by:

Husband – Andy Miller of Syracuse

Daughter – Misty Briggs of Syracuse

Step Daughter – Amanda (Rick) Rollins of Leesburg

Step Son – Louis Miller of Albuquerque, NM

6 Grandchildren

2 Sisters – Diane (Gary) Miller of Goshen & Susan (David) Coy of Syracuse

She was preceded in death by her parents – Donald Clay & Velda Fulford and brother – James Clay.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home on Wednesday with Pastor David Henry officiating. Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. Private family burial will take place in the Syracuse Cemetery at a later date.
