Rae Sachiko Kaleohano, 50, Warsaw, formerly of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at Lutheran Hospital Heart Pavilion.
Born September 1, 1973, in Honolulu, Hawaii, she is the daughter of John and Arleen (Ikeda) Alejado.
A homeschool graduate, Rae went on to complete her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Grace College in Winona Lake, IN. On September 9, 2009, Rae married Perry Kaleohano and a year later had a son, Dane Keoni.
Rae was employed at Lake City Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Marketing Officer and Webmaster.
Rae was a woman of strong faith and a devoted Christian. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. Her family and friends were an important part of her life, and she enjoyed spending time with them. She enjoyed baking and sharing with others. Rae was helpful and touched the lives of many with her kindness. She was always supportive and loved attending her son’s activities and was an avid supporter of the American Heart Association. Rae was an organ donor and was able to continue helping others even in her death.
Rae and her family attended Warsaw Community Church.
She is survived by her husband, Perry and her son, Dane Kaleohano, Warsaw. Her parents, John and Arleen Alejado, Winona Lake. Her siblings, Mike (Dee) Alejado, Warsaw and Julie (Chris) King, Honolulu. Her nephew Thomas Alejado, Warsaw and her two nieces, Siena David, Honolulu and Kiana Alejado, Warsaw. Her maternal Grandmother, Blanche (Nakamura) Ikeda, Denver. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her fraternal grandparents and maternal grandfather.
Visitation will be from 9am-10am, Saturday September 23rd at Titus Funeral Home in Warsaw, IN. The memorial service celebrating her life will follow at 10am in the funeral chapel with Pastor Todd Gerst officiating.
A Memorial Service will also be held in Waipahu, Hawaii on Saturday, October 21st at Grace Fellowship Church. Visitation will be from 9am-11am with the service to follow at 11am.
