Rhonda Lynn Marsillett, 45, of Syracuse, IN passed away at 8:19 a.m. on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at her home. She was born on March 27, 1971 in Riverside, MI to Henry & Sally (Bowens) Charles.
She graduated in 1989 from Mullins High School in Pike County, KY and received a business degree from Prestonsburg Community College in Prestonsburg, KY. She was married on September 9, 1989 in Prestonsburg to Tim Marsillett who survives. She formerly worked in the sales and billing department for Highlands Regional Hospital in Prestonsburg. She moved to the Syracuse area 5 years ago from Kentucky.
She is survived by:
Husband – Tim Marsillett of Syracuse
Daughter – Courtney (Chad) Wallace of Prestonsburg
3 Sons – Tim Marsillett, Zacharey Marsillett, & Devin Marsillett all of Syracuse
Granddaughter – Makenzie Wallace of Prestonsburg
Grandson – Ashton Wallace of Prestonsburg
Parents – Henry & Sally Charles of Akron, IN
Sister – Marianne (Darrell) Ooley of Syracuse
Brother – Terry (Amanda) Charles of Akron
Mother-in-law – Doris Marsillett of Prestonsburg
Visitation will be from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 & 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral services will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2017 in the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Milford, IN.
