Richard A. “Dick” Scott, 64, of South Bend, IN (formerly of Syracuse, IN) passed away at 4:26 a.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. He was born on September 11, 1947 in Goshen, In to Stanley Roy & Betty Jane (Auer) Scott.
He grew up in Syracuse / Milford area and graduated from Milford High School. He was
a United States Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was formerly employed at Scott Enterprises, Northern Indiana Public Service Co. (N.I.P.S.CO.), and the RV Industry.
He is survived by:
Daughter – Mrs. Eric (Tina) Brown of South Bend
Son – Todd Scott of Mishawaka
2 Granddaughters - Abby and Sophia Brown
Sister – Mrs. David (Suze) Butler of Syracuse
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister - Dixie (Whetten) Doering
