Rick L. Richcreek, 42, of Syracuse died at 10:00 p.m. Saturday, March 1, 2008 in Kalkaska County, MI from injuries received in a snowmobile accident. He was born on April 26, 1965 in Columbia City, IN to Larry R. & Sarah S. (Shoemaker) Richcreek.
He was a lifetime Kosciusko County area resident and graduated in 1982 from Warsaw Community High School. He was a farmer and formerly employed at Ameri-Camp in Syracuse. He was a member of the Sons of American Legion Post 253 in North Webster.
He is survived by:
Mother - Sarah Richcreek of Cromwell;
3 Brothers - Thomas (wife, Debbie) Richcreek of Leesburg; Randall Richcreek of Syracuse; & Daniel (wife, Lori) Richcreek of Leesburg
Lifetime companion - Sally Meade of Syracuse

Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2008 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 7, 2008 at the funeral home with Rev. Jeff Boyer of the North Webster Church of God officiating. Burial will be at a later date in the North Webster Cemetery (Mock Addition).
