Ricky D. "Rick" Baisden

Ricky D. “Rick” Baisden, 60, of Warsaw, IN passed away at 1:11 p.m. on Monday, December 30, 2019 at Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw, IN. He was born on September 16, 1959 in Goshen, IN to Mose & Nelva D. “Nellie” (Rickman) Baisden.

He attended Stockbridge High School in Stockbridge, MI, received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Eastern Michigan University, and his Master’s Degree of Arts from Michigan State. He was formerly employed at the Center for Independent Living as a rehab therapist in Ann Arbor, MI for many years. He lived most of his life in Michigan before returning to the Warsaw / North Webster area 12 years ago.

2 Step Sisters - Jennifer (James) Sawyer of Michigan City, IN, Amy Hoene of Indianapolis

19 Nieces & Nephews & 24 Great Nieces & Nephews

He was preceded in death by his father, step father – Bill Hoene, and step mother – Linda Baisden.

Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, 4356 N. St. Rd 15, Warsaw, IN. No services will be held at this time. Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 & CR 500N, North Webster, IN is in charge of arrangements.

Preferred memorials may be given to the St. Jude Children’s research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
