Biography
Robert “Bob” J. Bledsoe, 41, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2015 at 11:18 a.m. while holding his wife’s hand in Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge, Illinois.
Bob, born September 25, 1973 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, was the son of James “Timm” and Susan M. (Gresso) Bledsoe. He was a 1992 graduate of Northridge High School in Middlebury, Indiana.
On March 13, 2011 he and Rosa Dolcimascolo were joined in marriage and lived in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Bob was a communication tech who enjoyed golf and NASCAR.
Those who loved him most and whose hearts are broken, yet filled with precious memories, are his wife: Rosa; 3 daughters: Alyson Bledsoe, Veronica, Alejandre and Sabrina Alejandre; parents Timm and Susan Bledsoe of Bristol, Indiana and formerly of Warsaw; sister and brother-in-law: Alissa M. and Ryan McClane of Goshen, Indiana; and brother: Bryant James Bledsoe and partner, Shawn Clancy, Indianapolis, Indiana.
Bob was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
A graveside service will be held in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, on Friday, July 17th with Rev. Barry Heath officiating.
The family has asked that gifts in Bob’s memory be directed to American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718 or at www.cancer.org.
Following internment and beginning at 2 PM, family and friends are invited to attend an open house in continued celebration of Bob’s life. It will be held at the home of his parents, Timm and Susan Bledsoe, 20918 Arcadia Drive, Bristol, Indiana 46507.
