Robert Young

Robert E. Young, a resident of Walkerton, passed away quietly on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 11:32 a.m. Age 67, he was previously a longtime resident of Plymouth and Warsaw.

Born on February 11, 1954 to Ray Junior Young and Mary Louise (Evans) Young, Robert was born with a developmental delay though this never stopped him from enjoying life and the company of those around him.

A friendly person with a kind demeanor, “Bobby,” as many knew him, enjoyed BINGO, ice cream of all kinds and cartoons. He always had a smile to share with others and will be missed by those who shared his life.

Surviving are three siblings: Kathleen Edington of Elkhart, Teddy Young of South Bend and James Young of Montgomery; nephew, Jason Raymond of Elkhart and niece, Betina Raymond of Bay City Michigan. He was preceded in passing by his parents, Ray and Mary Louise and by sister-in-law, Connie Young.

Friends may join the family for a time of visitation at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 East Sheridan Street, Warsaw on Monday, April 12, 2021 from 10 – 11 a.m. Beginning at 11a.m Titus Funeral Home’s funeral celebrant, Sharon Brockhaus will officiate Bobby’s Life Celebration service. Burial will follow in the family plot at Stony Point Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to either of the following organizations.
