Robert G. "Bob" Hickman

Robert G. “Bob” Hickman, 57, of Milford, IN passed away on Monday, July 20, 2020 at his home. He was born on August 11, 1962 in Goshen, IN to Jackie Dale & Nancy J. (Galvin) Hickman.

He graduated in 1981 from Wawasee High School in Syracuse and 1986 from Ball State University in Muncie. He returned to Milford in April 2017 from San Antonio, TX. He worked for the Marriott Hotels throughout the United States for many years and was currently employed at Fairfield Inn in Warsaw. He formerly worked at Fairfield Inn in Goshen & Holiday Inn Express in Warsaw.

He is survived by:

Mother – Nancy Hickman of Goshen

Sister – Ronda (Jeff Yoder) Davis of Milford

Brother – Jack (Chris Holman) Hickman of China Grove, NC

Nieces & Nephews – Chris (Amber Burchard) Davis, Catrina (Bernard Weinberg) Davis, Casi Bjella, Cameron Bjella, and Jeremy (Brittany) Hickman.

He was preceded in death by his father & brother – Joe Hickman.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2020 at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, IN. Memorial services will follow at 6:00 p.m. on Friday in the funeral home with Pastor Brad Cox of the Wawasee Lakeside Chapel officiating. Private burial will take place in the Salem Cemetery in Wilmot.

Preferred memorials may be given to the donor’s choice.
