Ronald Bjella

Ronald Bjella, age 61, of Fort Wayne and formerly of Syracuse, passed away on January 31, 2025 after a vehicle accident. He was born on July 17, 1963 to Dallas and Luanne (Meyer) Bjella in Downey California. 

He attended Wawasee High School and later earned his GED. Ronald was known for his engaging personality. He relished the moments spent with friends and family, particularly enjoying good times spent with friends. He enjoyed watching NASCAR races and cheering for the Chicago Cubs, as did canoeing and embracing the lake life. He frequently could be found with friends enjoying the sandbar, cherishing the simple pleasures that life had to offer.

Ronald leaves behind a cherished circle of loved ones who will miss him dearly. He is survived by the mother of his children, Ronda Davis of Milford; his children, Casi Bjella of Syracuse and Cameron Bjella of Milford; grandson, Kaydenn Phillips of Syracuse; siblings, Carolyn Bjella Carr of Milford and David Bjella of South Carolina; and his uncle, Dennis (Anita) Bjella of Syracuse. Ronald’s legacy also continues through several nieces and nephews, including Travis, Colten, Jamie, Stephany, and Nathan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dallas and Luanne Bjella, along with his grandparents and a beloved nephew, Chase Blackburn. Ronald's spirit will live on in the hearts and memories of all who knew and loved him.

Arrangements are entrusted to Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1001 S. Huntington Street, Syracuse, IN 46567. A Life Celebration visitation for friends and family to gather will be held on February 8, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the funeral home. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the funeral home to help the family with unexpected funeral expenses.
